I would highly recommend Chef LaMott (Doris LaMott Hoel) and the impressive culinary demonstration that you shared with the residents at Cedar Crest of Silver Lake. You have such a unique and interesting presentation. I know that we will never look at a head of garlic  or pepper without remembering  how you transformed everyday fruits and  vegetables into characters, flowers, and other creations. All gender and ages were attentive as you sliced and formed creations from kiwi, celery, and the like! You made the presentation even more interesting with your personal stories and humor.
